Fill out a short application so I can make sure your project is a great fit for the VIP Day format.

Book Your Date

Once approved, choose your date and pay your 50% deposit to lock it in. Spots fill fast.

Prep Call

One week before, we hop on a 30-min call to finalize your priority list and what you'll send me ahead of time.

Send Your Assets

Share brand files, copy, images, and logins. I review everything so I can hit the ground running on your day.

Your VIP Day

I work exclusively on your projects all day with check-ins for approvals. Stay available so we keep momentum.

Files + Follow-Up

Receive all final files the next morning, a Loom video overview, and 7 days of email support.

Frequently asked questions.

What can realistically get done in a day?

It depends on the complexity of your projects. During our prep call we'll build a prioritized list so we're working on your highest-impact tasks first. I can't guarantee everything will get done, but I'll work through as much as possible in 8 hours.

Do I need to be available all day?

You don't need to be glued to your desk, but I'll need you to be responsive for approvals and feedback. The faster you respond, the more we accomplish.

What do I need to prepare beforehand?

After your deposit, you'll receive a checklist: brand files, copy, images, logins, and inspiration references. I review it all before we start so we hit the ground running.

What if I don't have copy written yet?

For website or sales page projects, having copy ready makes the biggest difference. If you don't have it, we can still work on design elements using placeholder copy as a guide.

Can I book more than one day?

Yes! If your list is bigger than one day, we can schedule a second VIP Day. Returning clients receive a discounted rate.

What projects don't work for a VIP Day?

Full custom website builds and complete brand identity packages from scratch are better suited to my longer-form packages. If that sounds like what you need, let's chat about the right option for you.
